We will accept a return only if fully intact and in 'New Condition'.

How to return your products

If you would like to make a return, follow these steps to return your product:

1. Contact us immediately through our contact page.

2. Receive a prepaid shipping label via email (please check your Spam folder).

3. Print the label and pack the item. Remember to include a copy of your receipt.

4. Send it to us.

5. Once we receive and verify your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 days for processing (after we have received your returned product).
